Too much dead weight and fake claims in L.A. city government!
Start with Brenda Barnette at L.A. Animal Services. She said she would make the city no-kill. But after nearly 1 1/2 years, she is killing 12% MORE than her predecessor. Excuses do not improve the city. Real solutions do. Please select honest managers who articulate effective and practical solutions, not feel-good rhetoric and false promises.
